Full registration fees include:
- Attendance at all conference sessions
- Welcome reception on 1 September
- Conference dinner on 2 September (if registered by 23 August)
- Morning/afternoon teas and lunches as per program
- Name badge, satchel and conference materials

Refund Policy
To withdraw from this conference, you must notify Vic Venues to receive a refund of 80%. If a withdrawal is made less than 48 hours prior to the start date no refund will be given.
Cancellation: In the event of this conference being cancelled Vic Venues will not accept liability for non-refundable travel and accommodation.
Group discounts
Organisations that registered 4 or more people for the full conference are eligible to a 5% discount on conference registrations.
This discount will be paid back to the organisation as a rebate. Organisations should apply for the rebate by emailing David Turner with the names of the registered delegates. The rebate will be issued once payments for all registrations have been received. This discount applies only to the conference registration and not to pre-conference workshops.
